VARC member Mike McCalis went to the auction.
He, Ray Pennington (Gary Younkins partner), and one other were the only bidders.
Mike dropped out at $70,000 and Ray won the auction at $84,750.
But there was no sale as Ann had set the reserve at $250,000.
Ann thinks the road access to her property was the issue and she has spoken to Mac about improving the road on our property by hauling in gravel.
Don Rembert said we should let her go ahead.
